This survey is part of the project ReARDC // Rethinking the Artist Run Data Center, through which servus.at aims at restructuring its websites and make its community more visible. https://core.servus.at/en/projekt/2024/reardc-rethinking-artist-run-data-center

We ask you to share with us data about yourselves and your own practice. The information you share with us through this form will be published on our upcoming website community.servus.at

Although the website will be structured in English, you are welcome to respond to this survey in the language you find most comfortable. Your input will be displayed exactly as you write it.

Additionally, we would like to feature some of our favorite responses as quotes on our website. (you will be contacted personally!)

If you are part of an association or a collective, we will consider one form only for the member visualization. However you can still answer individually to the section about what is important for you.

If you don’t want to be named or visualized, skip the section about personal info, but you can still answer to the rest of the survey.
